We operate a virtual call center that manages several Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) campaigns generating leads, live transfers, and sales for our clients.  

We're offering an exciting opportunity for you to work with our innovative marketing company from the comfort of your home office. Just put on your headset and plug in to our dialer over the internet from your computer.  

As a Cloud Agent, you are an Independent Contractor and you are your own boss. But lets be clear, there is absolutely NO investment required on your part other than your time. We Pay YOU!  

We are currently hiring independent cloud agents nationwide for a live transfer campaign in the financial services industry. No closing required, No asking for credit card info, just qualify the customer, demonstrate the benefits of the service, then transfer the customer to our client's Sales Rep who will close your deal for you. Sales Reps are closing on average 1 out of every 4 transfers we send over.  

Top agents are transferring 3 to 5 consumers per hour and earning up to $35 per sale. Do the math and you will see the income potential that is waiting for you.  

Calls are being made on a predictive dialer that you log in to from your web browser. The majority of your time will be spent speaking with live prospects, no sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. The dialer does all the work through your computer and there is never more than 10 seconds wait in between call.  This is how our agents are able to talk to so many people and send over so many transfers each hour.  

 

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

We are calling nationwide and our Dialers are open from 5:00AM - 9:00PM PST. You have 4 shifts to choose from Monday - Friday plus Weekend shifts available which allows you to work around your desired schedule.  

We welcome full time and part time agents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Comfort and Familiarity with common computer programs such as web browser, email, and instant messaging software is REQUIRED as well as the ability to download and install software and follow written instructions to trouble shoot issues on your own.  

Experience in financial services such as mortgage, credit repair, debt consolidation, credit counseling, loan modification, or collections is preferred.  

Call Center Experience working on a predictive dialer is a plus.  

Must display excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.  

Must be able to handle a high volume of calls daily without losing enthusiasm.  

Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.  

Must possess a positive and professional attitude with a strong desire to help people.

  COMPENSATION: We hate complicated, convoluted comp plans that are difficult to understand and impossible for you to succeed. Our comp plan is fair, simple, and easy to understand.     What could be easier than this?  You earn a commission when a customer that you transfer to our client buys.     You will earn a commission up to $35 per sale based on volume. The more sales you make, the more you earn per sale!     We also offer a competitive base pay of $15/hr Base VS Commission (whichever is higher)

We offer our agents the opportunity to quickly advance into a leadership role. Some of our agents
have been promoted in as few as 90 days.  Managers have the ability to earn overrides on their team's
